As a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), I work with adults, teens (16+), and couples who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected due to anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions. Many individuals I work with recognize that something in their lives needs to shift but feel uncertain about how to move forward.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients build deeper self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and lasting confidence. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences openly while developing a stronger sense of direction and purpose.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to fostering an affirming and inclusive space for all clients, regardless of identity or background. My work emphasizes meaningful, sustainable growth—helping clients move forward at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with their goals.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for change, therapy can offer a space to pause, gain clarity, and begin moving forward with intention. You do not have to navigate this process alone—support is available when you are ready.
