Amy Woodruff, LPC

Amy Woodruff is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and compassion. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of New Orleans in 2011 and has been practicing ever since, bringing more than a decade of clinical experience to her work.

Amy’s background includes extensive experience supporting clients living with chronic mental health conditions, substance use disorders, adjustment-related concerns, depression, and anxiety. She is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

As an LGBTQ+ affirmative and inclusive clinician, Amy is dedicated to honoring each client’s identity and lived experience. She approaches therapy with a client‑focused mindset, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether working with individuals or couples, she strives to foster a collaborative environment grounded in respect, authenticity, and hope.
